Abstract: Coordination copolymerization of vinyl acetate (VAc) with ethylene, leading to linear copolymers that possess in-chain −CH₂CH(OAc)− units, has been accomplished using novel palladium complexes bearing alkylphosphine−sulfonate ligands.
